have to assemble these yourselves. The per piece

Yes. Our minimum order is 10 for

Yes. We charge a $10 non-refundable setup

Yes. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied with the announcements you
order, we will refund you the price of the
announcements. However, we do not refund the
setup or shipping/handling charges. |

is the size of the announcement? |

| |
The thank you notecard is a foldover notecard
that is blank inside. The finished size is
4-1/4" x 5-1/2". |

choose the typestyle? |
| |
Yes, we have 30 typestyles to choose from. You can view them on our website.
If you would like a typestyle that you do not see
here, write
to us and request it, we may be able to work
something out. |

| How
do I get my return address preprinted on the
envelopes? |
| |
We will preprint your return address on the
back flap of your announcement or thank you
envelopes. There is an additional charge of $0.35
each. |

| What
fonts can I choose for the return address? |
| |
In most cases, we cannot exactly match the
font you choose for the announcements to the font
that will be used for the envelope return
address. We will make every effort to choose a
font that resembles or coordinates with the
fontstyle of the announcement. |

| What
color is the type? |
| |
We use a medium gray color for the type. |
| |
|
| What
kind of materials do you use? |
| |
We use a high quality 100% cotton and 100%
cotton flannel. The fabric is mounted on a 65#
white cardstock. Ribbons are made from solid
satin. |

| What
type of paper and envelopes do you use? |
| |
We use high quality card
stock. This paper is 100%
cotton and contains no wood fibers -- meaning, no
trees are felled to make this paper. |

| Can
I see a proof? |
| |
We will e-mail a proof to you at no
charge within 2 business days of
receiving your order. We can also fax it to you. |

| How
quickly will I get my announcements? |
| |
- Once we receive payment for your order we will begin
working on your order
- immediately. Orders of less than 100 pieces (the total
number of announcements plus thank yous) are normally
processed and shipped back to you within seven to ten
working days of the day we receive payment. Sometimes it
takes less time, but we guarantee that it won't take more.
Orders of 100 or more pieces require extra time. Please
call or write to us to inquire specifically about the
processing time for your order. If you're desperate to
receive your order sooner, you can request
"Rush" service. Rush orders are processed and
shipped in three working days, beginning the day that we
receive your payment. There is a 30% additional charge for
Rush service.

We ship orders via the UPS Ground
from New York City. Delivery times
are normally two to five days. If you're
in a hurry, we can ship your order Guaranteed Two
Day (to anywhere in the US) or Guaranteed Next

I reorder more announcements, thank yous and
envelopes? |

Yes. There is a minimum order of 10 for each,
but you will not have to pay the setup fee again. |

you offer announcements and thanks for multiple
births? |

Yes, we offer announcements for twins and
more. Click here to see an example of a twin
announcement. Please note that multiple birth
announcements and thank you are an additional $0.30 per baby,
per card.
All announcements can be made into a multiple birth
announcement. If you like a particular card and would like to
see it as a multiple announcement, please e-mail
us. |

| What
kind of envelopes come with my order? |
|
We
use high-quality envelopes. They are natural white
in color and
match
the back cardstock of the announcement. These envelopes have a
"kid"
finish,
a square flap and are unlined. We do not offer envelopes in
pink or
blue. |
