How Your Order Is Processed!
Here's a step-by-step on how we process your order.
Step #1: Place an order by fax, phone or online.
Step #2: Within 36 hours of placing the order, we will email you a confirmation of your order. This confirmation will include all the details of your order as you submitted it to us, and a picture proof (.gif attachment) that you can download to view what your announcement will actually look like. You can change or revise your order at this time. This confirmation will also include when your order is expected to be completed. Your credit card is charged.

Step #3: You approve the confirmation and proof by replying to our confirmation email.
Step #4: Your order is ready and shipped to you! We will send you an email notification that your order has shipped and will supply you with any appropriate tracking numbers.
