- It means that you order your
announcement design before your baby arrives
so that we can begin crafting your order beforehand.
Once you give birth, you just need to notify us
(email, fax or phone) of your baby's vital
statistics and we can finish the order promptly.

- How long does it take to receive
a pre-ordered announcement?
- We can turnaround your announcement
in 5-7 business days of receiving your baby's birth
information. Normal turnaround is 7-12 business days.

- How do I pay for pre-orders?
- Pre-orders require a 50%
non-refundable deposit. Once
your baby is born we will bill you for the balance.

- Why should I pre-order?
- Due to extremely high demand for
our announcements, we are strongly recommending
expectant parents to pre-order to ensure timely
delivery. Since our announcements are handmade, they
require time, care and attention! Plus you will
receive a $10 discount for pre-ordering!
